An old industrial building from the past century in the Chamartín district was subjected to a very original transformation. The result: four residential lofts and another two for commercial/office use that received the 20th Prize for Urban Design, Architecture and Public Works from the City of Madrid. The Loft represents a rupture with the traditional conception of the distribution of spaces in conventional houses and offices, and an ideal environment for the most innovative solutions in contemporary interior design.
