The C34 LOFTS project came about with the aim of offering singular, unique spaces (based on the loft’s original concept) in one of the most emblematic areas in the centre of Madrid: Prosperidad (in the Chamartín District).
The growing demand for this type of space, usually found on the outskirts of large cities, together with the great appeal of a neighbourhood undergoing a process of transformation, enhance the project’s uniqueness.
C34 LOFTS represents a twist on the successful Q6B LOFTS, just two blocks away. This time, when it came to revamping the property, we went out of our way to preserve the building’s industrial essence, but without sacrificing the comfort ensured by the use of high-quality materials. Thus, unique elements have been incorporated, like private patios and terraces. Meanwhile, the original metal structures from the old 1955 factory were preserved, along with the floor’s industrial finish and the building’s large windows.
The project includes the installation of an elevator with a glass panel, underfloor climate control via an aerothermal system (hot and cold), large windows by Cortizo (Cor Vision model), including a thermal bridge; and kitchens with the appliances built in.
Located near the corner of key thoroughfares María de Molina and Príncipe de Vergara, and in the vicinity of López de Hoyos, C34 LOFTS offers immediate access to the M-30 highway and the airport. Just a few minutes walking from the upscale El Viso neighbourhood and Salamanca District, its proximity to the Berlin Park and the National Music Auditorium also make it particularly attractive. Prosperidad is a residential neighbourhood, but one teeming with commercial activity and featuring all the necessary services.
