Near Madrid’s Plaza de Cataluña area, on the Calle Benigno Soto, an old industrial building was converted into five duplex and triplex lofts. The creation of interior patios on the ground and basement floors and roof terraces infused this project with unique value, considered a groundbreaking project in 2003.
