The Idea

A4 Homes is a real estate development offering high-quality homes in the center of Madrid, specifically in the Tetuán district.

The development is located 700 meters from AZCA, the main financial and business district of Madrid, near Paseo de la Castellana.

The Building

A4 Homes is a further development building on the success of previous projects like Q6B LOFTS and C34 LOFTS, where we also renovated an industrial building. This time, the result is the construction of 8 spectacular homes, mainly due to their spacious open areas, high ceilings, and fantastic brightness from large windows, patios, and terraces.

In renovating the building, we prioritized aesthetics and comfort by using the highest quality materials.

The development includes the installation of an elevator with a glass screen, underfloor heating and cooling through an aerothermal system, large-format windows with thermal break, and fully equipped kitchens with integrated appliances.

The homes come with a private storage room in the basement and a parking space per unit (for the first 7 homes).

Tetuán is a central neighborhood in Madrid undergoing transformation due to its excellent location and vibrant community life, attracting a large number of young people and professionals who want to live in a prime location at an affordable price. In fact, it is the fastest-growing district (18.9%). It is a neighborhood with extensive commercial activity within a residential environment that offers all necessary services.
