At the beginning of the 20th century, in a vacant lot in Madrid’s upscale Salamanca district, a workshop and two dwellings were built for a sculptor as a detached building, later being transformed into an industrial facility for automotive use. This was the starting point that the developer placed in the hands of Nieto Sobejano Architects to produce this brilliant example of refurbishment: A21 LOFTS.
